沈晓鹰，女，汉族，中共党员，甘肃武威人，304am永利集团讲师。研究方向是公钥密码学、隐私保护、联邦学习。先后在Information Science，IEEE Internet of Things Journal，Journal of Network and Computer Applications，Computers & Mathematics with Applications等国内外重要期刊上发表学术论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，校级项目3项、浙江省密码技术重点实验室开放课题1项，参与国家重点研发计划项目3项，国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，国防科技173计划项目1项，国防科技创新特区项目1项。
